About: The Davidson Group:
The Davidson Group are a team of North Carolina-based former HR executives. There are 4 partners in The Davidson Group; 2 in Greensboro, 1 in Charlotte, and 1 in Raleigh. We are like-minded as we all transitioned away from corporate politics, and now thrive on providing a truly cost-effective solution for businesses who: a) may not need a full-time HR Executive, b) need one, but can’t afford it, or c) need someone to call for HR support who is not a lawyer. We custom fit the HR services needed to provide everything from on-site support, to unlimited phone/email support, compliance assistance, or simply the “can I do this legally?” question. We’re far less expensive than attorneys, but do have legal counsel with whom we partner. We also have a network of local/regional/national payroll and benefit service providers should businesses need a trusted reference. Unlike a PEO, we take the time to establish relationships and build trust with our partners.
