I was very concerned when we engaged the Davidson Group to aid in the screening of candidates during our search for a new executive director. I was afraid that this would prove to be money that was not spent wisely. Much to my surprise and joy, Mark Moser’s screening process has proven to be on the money. The testing and interviewing process eliminated the weaker candidates and allowed us to pick from a stronger pool of candidates, saving a tremendous amount of time and effort on the part of the board and, most importantly, preventing us from possibly choosing the wrong person for the job. Mark Moser did the job we asked him to do very well and proved to be a great value. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
