Tracy has 30 years of Human Resources, 20 years of Labor Relations experience and has worked for Globally Publicly Traded, Private Equity and Privately Owned businesses. She uses her HR and Labor Relations experience and knowledge to assist her clients in building business objectives, employee programs and positive cultures. The industries she has supported are manufacturing, automotive, mining, chemical, and business services to include the medical industry. She held roles responsible for HR and Labor Relations for both U.S. and global operations, having extensive experience with Latin America.
Tracy has a hands-on ability to dive into the business needs and assist with the growth of the organization whether organically or by acquisition. She helps her clients solve complex HR business challenges. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, integrations, due diligence preparation, collective bargaining as first chair, strategic & workforce planning, culture change, executive assessments, benefits and compensation, and diversity and inclusion.
Tracy holds a BS in Psychology from East Tennessee State University, MA in Organizational Management from Tusculum University and is currently pursuing her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Liberty University. She has certifications in Collective Bargaining from Cornell, her PHR and SHRM-CP. She also is a certified administrator for Myers Brigg’s and iWAM (inventory work attitudes and motivation).
