As a senior HR executive and workplace strategist, Julie has served as the head of human resources for companies ranging from 50 to 1,300 employees across manufacturing and distribution, high tech, retail, and healthcare — reporting directly to CEOs and CFOs and operating at the highest levels of organizational decision-making.
Her career has taken her from Vermont to North Carolina, with experience spanning employee operations and strategy in many U.S. states and internationally. Over two decades she has worked through various organizational challenges and difficult conversations with a foundation built on genuine partnership, deep respect for the people in the room, and the belief that lasting change happens when people and organizations own their own solutions.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating with honors, and in 2015 earned the SHRM-SCP credential. Her experience spans most functional areas of workplace strategy, from compensation planning and talent acquisition to employee relations, compliance and organizational development.
Before starting at the Davidson Group, Julie successfully launched and ran her own consulting practice, proving what she had long believed: that she had more to offer than any single employer could contain.
Julie is easy to connect with and has a genuine gift for seeing the best in people — a quality that makes her as effective on the plant floor as she is in the boardroom. Outside of work, she is devoted to her family — a wonderful husband and three children — and finds her balance in true connection with others.
