Steve’s career spans 40 years of human resources leadership in supporting business start-ups, turnarounds, private equity, and Fortune 500’s. He has guided companies across multiple industries, including retail, construction/engineering, technology, logistics/transportation, and media/entertainment – both in the US, and globally – by applying HR solutions across the full employee life cycle spectrum.

Steve has a hands-on, pragmatic approach to helping small to medium-size companies navigate through the people and culture challenges existing within start-up and high-growth environments. His approach focuses on prioritizing people resources to maximize business impact, and to attract,
retain and motivate the right talent.

Steve is an extremely versatile professional. He is adept at anticipating and reacting to the rapidly changing needs of a growing enterprise. In addition to his mastery of all HR functions, he has experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning, workforce planning, culture change, compensation, international, and diversity and inclusion.
