Cheryl is a seasoned human resources and organizational development leader who possesses over 25 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience, with a distinct focus on leadership development, organizational growth, and strategic HR management.
With a background as a strategic HR Business Partner, from small to large multi-state organizations, across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, financial services, non-profit, and hospitality, she is regarded as a trusted advisor who understands the challenges leaders face and brings a clear, people-first approach to solving them.
Cheryl has earned a Bachelor of Science from Middle TN State University and a Master of Science from Austin Peay State University. She holds several professional certifications, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Organizational Development Specialist, Gallup Strengths and Engagement Coach, and Diversity and Inclusion for HR.
Cheryl is an active member of the HR community, currently serving on the Board of Directors as the AVP of the DEI Committee and contributes as a member of the Membership Committee. She also serves in various community organizations within Raleigh and surrounding areas.
When she’s not at work, Cheryl loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
